Choose Your Daily Intake According to the Serving Size Recommended

Tajuk kemain gempak...malam2 saje nak kasi warm up sket. Entry malam ni nak share pasal KALORI. Agak-agak dalam sehari berapa pengambilan kalori kita? Kalori ialah unit tenaga. Berapa banyak tenaga yang kita gunakan sehari so sebanyak tu la kalori dipelukan.


For example :
  1. If you are a very sedentary women an older adult, then your recommendations is the lower caloric intake of 1500kcal per day.
  2. For most children, teenage girls, moderately active women and many sedentary men, the recommendations for caloric intake is 2000kcal per day.
  3. For teenage boys, many active men, some very active women as well as underweight men and women, the recommendations for caloric intake can be more than 2500kcal per day.
  • TIPS penting dan Mudah untuk ingat : sekiranya anda seorang yang sangat aktif, kalori yang diperlukan juga lebih..TETAPI, jika anda seorang yang SEDERHANA AKTIF, less calories is NEEDED per day.
Dah tau macamna nak kira? bagi anda yang kurang aktif kalau breakfast dah ambil 300 kalori, Lunch 900 kalori, so dinner boleh makan berdasarkan balance yang tinggal tu je la ye.

Masih pening lagi...ok saya bagi contoh :
Breakfast : Nasi lemak + telur + sambal bilis = 450 kcal




Lunch      : Nasi putih +  ikan kembung masak kari + sayur = 850kcal
Dinner     : Balance yang tinggal adalah 200 kcal, so pilihla makanan yang  range kalori 200 sahaja.
